Welcome to the Quail Arbor Civic Club Neighborhood Site!
Attention Quail Arbor Residents
Notice: Pool Closure for the Season
We regret to inform you that the community pool will not be open for the upcoming season due to circumstances beyond our control. Several factors have contributed to this decision:
-
We have been unable to secure a qualified manager to oversee the pool’s daily operations.
-
Dorchester County has scheduled construction on the Pointer Bridge, which will significantly impact access to the pool.
-
The facility requires repairs that cannot be completed at this time due to insufficient funding.
-
Limited community engagement and a lack of voluntary dues contributions ($60 per household) have further restricted our ability to address these maintenance needs.
We understand the disappointment this may cause and are committed to resolving these challenges with the goal of reopening the pool next year.
If you are interested in contributing to the effort—whether through volunteering, offering expertise, or helping to build community support—we encourage you to attend our monthly Quail Arbor Civic Club meetings. Meeting details are posted on our website, social media pages, and signage at the neighborhood entrance.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Sincerely,
Quail Arbor Civic Club
Congratulations
106 Gambels Lane for winning
May 2025 Yard of the Month!
