About Quail Arbor

Quail Arbor is located in southern Dorchester County and is one of the older and prettier neighborhoods in the Summerville, SC area. It lies between Old Trolley Road and Bacon’s Bridge Road (SC 165), adjacent to the Town of Summerville.  Majorities of the homes in our subdivision were constructed by various local builders in the period 1960 to 1970 and thus avoid the “cookie cutter” look so common in many of the newer subdivisions.  For ongoing protection of property values the subdivision is subject to Restrictive Covenants and Easements which have been recorded with the Register of Deeds for Dorchester County.  Mature trees are plentiful throughout the neighborhood and the large trees are protected by Dorchester County ordinance. Shopping and medical facilities are nearby.
